This site enables the verified majority of Big Bear residents to assume all governing power with Big Bear Valley. Once a quorum of 16,000 of us residents [80%] agree on an action we will have assumed a thousand times greater moral authority to govern than the criminals who run all current governing. The governing subjects to be addressed by the surveys [opinion polls] will cover a broad range of local concerns: local, advisory candidates; trials by vote [TBVs]; secession; revolution; wealth division; environmental betterment; local economy; infrastructure; etc.

At least one out of about every 200 of us here in Big Bear valley ought to be elected as a neighborhood leader. Hopefully that leader possesses about 20x more wisdom than the other 199 of us regarding how to best establish a genuine democracy and just governing. Start knocking on each other's doors. You'll find your neighborhood's leader I promise. Have him/her read my constitution and tell you his opinion, then, hopefully, you'll elect to represent the 200 approx.] of you in our valley's 'congress'[?][we'll name it later]. He and about another 100 leaders will be serving as Big Bear's 'GIW' [government in waiting]. We can't dispense with our current malicious governing until we've elected a better government [in which we have total confidence]. If you read this constitution and are genuinely inspired by these superior, democratic principals, you're probably the one best qualified to [among many tasks] humbly advise 100-350 of your neighbors regarding their choices on the many issues listed on the forthcoming, monthly, opinion polls. The establishment of 24/7/365 democracy in Big Bear will force a dynamic of unrellenting betterment of our mountain civilization beyond your wildest imagining. Read. Absorb. SERVE!
