All three maps are entirely theoretical depictions of what a region the size of Sothern California should have become had land use been developed in accordance with the will of local majorities. The maximum population density depicted [see district map] is 200 people per sq mi. About 95% of the population density, within 40-miles of what should've been far fewer city centers in Southern California, would have been about 3 people per sq mi. [see 'county map']. In contrast to today's crushing, high-density cities, these casual assemblages of low-density villages best promote each village's self-sufficiency and local production of food/consumable-goods.
